With the help of kind donations modern technology came to our historic Bretby Art Pottery Showroom and the building was scanned using the latest 3D laser scanner. Data was captured from the exterior and interior of the building with millions of points being combined to produce a point cloud. This point cloud is not only an accurate recording of the building but can also be used to produce 2D plans and 3D models.
This information is now going to be used to assist us in our investigations into a viable new use for the building with options being explored that bring about the minimum harm to the significance of the site.
