Antiques Valuation Day & Crafts Fair at Swadlincote Town Hall 

The Heritage Trust are holding an Antique Valuation day in aid of raising funds for the Bretby Art Pottery Showroom in Woodville. Local Auctioneer Charles Hanson (Bargain Hunt, Antiques Roadshow, Flog It! and For What It’s Worth) and colleagues from Hanson Auctioneers and Valuers will be in attendance to appraise your antiques; all we ask for is a donation towards the restoration of the Bretby Pottery Showroom. There will also be tea, cake, craft stalls and some further information regarding the Bretby Art Pottery Project, so please feel free to drop in.

 

Entry to the event FREE but a donation is requested for a valuation.

Take a Rare Glimpse into the Bretby Art Pottery Showroom

Join The Heritage Trust on the 9th & 10th of September and enjoy a rare glimpse of the inside The Bretby Art Pottery Showroom as part of Heritage Open Days National event. At 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm we will be giving guided tours and the opportunity to view items from the Bretby Archive. You will also be able to find out more about our plans are for the building and ways in which you can help.

 

Entry for the day is FREE but due property restrictions booking is essential and tickets should be obtained online. Further details available here.
